This project involved the construction of a shopping centre for medium-sized retail outlets on a plot having a total surface area of 21,007 m2 and is based on an urban development measuring 10,507 m2 destined to an open-air car park and the execution of 10,500 m2 of one-floor retail buildings. These buildings are reserved for the following activities: food, sports, DIY and furniture/decoration. The project also included the building of a three-floor "Single Detached Building" with a total surface area of 1,464.20 m2, which is to be used for offices.
