This project consisted of the installation of a new wastewater treatment plant in three phases for a tomato powder processing plant for a daily outflow rate of 24,000 m3 and a peak outflow rate of 1,650 m3 per hour.

The treatment plant consists of two biological reactors (diameters of 40.16 m and 40.00 m and heights of 4.85 m and 5.50 m. respectively) and two decanting wells (diameters of 31.30 m and 42.40 m and heights of 2.45 m and 2.70 m respectively), along with a sludge dewatering plant and a  water and sludge recirculation network.

It is also equipped with a water clarifloculation plant to re-circulate treated water amounting to up to 80% of the flow rate treated.
